Ways to Give
Your support of The Expedition School Fund 501(c)(3) will help provide outdoor programming to our adaptive populations. Our goals are to inspire and empower individuals with transformational outdoor experiences which focus on health, wellness, orientation, mobility, self determination, sensory efficiency, social interaction skills, and leadership.
Environmental Stewardship
Lady Bird Lake is described as the crown jewel of Austin, and for good reason. With miles of trails, places to picnic or play with your dog, Stand Up Paddling (SUP), canoeing and kayaking access, and close proximity to Downtown, Lady Bird Lake exemplifies the active/laid back Austin lifestyle.
The Expedition School supports ongoing clean-ups on Lady Bird Lake:
- To date, The Expedition School has cleaned over 10 tons trash and 4 tons of recycling out of Lady Bird Lake and along its shoreline and parkland.
- We implement environmental stewardship with every group.
