We build communities, not clientele, by partnering with locally owned and operated non-profits and for profit organizations that make a sustainable impact in the community of which we live and explore.

We seek cooperative partnerships that further The Expedition School’s mission. Through these collaborative efforts – we hope to capture the audience of the community at large while simultaneously inspiring volunteerism and environmental stewardship.

Just a few of our partnerships include Texas School for the Deaf, Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired, Surfrider Foundation, UT Rec Sports, Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, American Red Cross, Austin Parks Foundation, Trail Foundation, Hill Country Conservancy – EPIC, Colorado River Foundation – LCRA, City of Austin Parks and Recreation Department, Keep Austin Beautiful, Colin’s Hope, Friends of the OSA – Costa Rica, and MINAET – Costa Rica.

We hope to see you at our next community event!

Keep Austin Beautiful – Lady Bird Lake Clean-Ups

The Expedition School supports ongoing clean-ups of Lady Bird Lake working with Keep Austin Beautiful to keep our waterway free of trash and debris. Join us for the next clean up at the City of Austin Parks and Recreation Lorraine Grandma Camacho Center! Go to the Keep Austin Beautiful website to register for the event.

Love Lady Bird Lake but hate the styrofoam washed up along its shoreline? Join Team KAB, The Trail Foundation, and Watershed Protection in an increased effort to put the finishing touches on this beautiful asset to our community. This program is made possible thanks to generous funding from TheTrail Foundation and Watershed Protection.

Clean Lady Bird Lake

Lady Bird Lake is described as the crown jewel of Austin, and for good reason. With miles of trails, places to picnic or play with your dog, Stand Up Paddling (SUP), canoeing and kayaking access, and close proximity to Downtown, Lady Bird Lake exemplifies the active/laid back Austin lifestyle.
